My video would be a dumper fire. You know how a lot of recipes have a picture of all the ingredients you need? I try to do that, it never works out as planned. In the worst case scenarios, I just end up not posting anything and eating all the cake.

Limeaid? Look, I've been silent up till now but I have to say it: You guys really need a proofreader.

I really hate to criticize because I think you guys are great and the articles are just fine in every other way, but the rate of typos on this website is unusually high. For sure, most people aren't nearly as OCD as me, but I can't help but notice.

Again, I feel like a jerk to even say anything, but I just thought maybe you guys could use the heads-up.

NB: most supermarkets stock "superfine sugar" or "powdered sugar" as "confectioner's sugar"

      • reply

        Also called caster sugar

Superfine is more expensive than regular granulated sugar, for those of you thinking of buying that stuff

          May 5, 2014 3:43 PM

Can also just make your own by dumping regular sugar into a blender or food processor and letting it rip for a couple minutes.

superfine sugar is not the same thing as powdered sugar/confectioner's sugar.
