Dark Souls dev acquired by Kadokawa Games

Japanese media conglomerate Kadokawa has acquired From Software, developer of games like Dark Souls, Armored Core, and Otogi. According to Famitsu, the company purchased 80% of the developer from previous owners Trans Comos, and plans on making it a subsidiary of Kadokawa Games.
