BlizzCon is returning for yet another year. The eighth convention will take place on November 7 and 8 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Southern California. There, fans will be able to get hands-on with the latest version of Blizzards games, watch finals for various eSports championships, and hear panels from game developers.

Like last year, tickets will go on sale for $199 (plus taxes and fees) in two batches: one on May 7th, and the other on May 10th. In addition, an exclusive pre-BlizzCon charity dinner to benefit Children's Hospital of Orange County will go on sale on May 14th.

"With Hearthstone and Reaper of Souls recently launched and Heroes of the Storm and Warlords of Draenor gearing up for beta, 2014 is already shaping up to be an epic year for Blizzard gamers," Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime said in the announcement. "We can't wait to celebrate and share what we've been working on with everyone this November."

To sign up, make sure you bookmark Eventbrite and access the ticketing service at the appropriate time. The first patch will go on sale at 7PM PT on May 7th, while the second batch will go on sale at 10AM PT on May 10th.

The benefit dinner will be priced at $750 and will take place the evening of November 6th. Only 200 tickets to the dinner will be sold, where the most hardcore fans will be able to eat, drink, and speak with various Blizzard developers. It also helps charity, so that's cool.

As before, there will also be a "Virtual Ticket," which allows fans to access livestreams of the event from the comfort of their homes. More information will be released later. Last year's ticket cost $40 and included some virtual swag.
