Originally announced for PS3 and Xbox 360, Bandai Namco has confirmed plans for a PC version of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution. This year's game promises to have the largest roster so far, featuring over 100 characters and a brand new exclusive character designed by series creator Masashi Kishimoto: Mecha-Naruto. In addition, Revolution adds new combined ultimate jutsu attacks and a "Ninja World Tournament," where one player must go against three opponents simultaneously.

With the games having progressed close enough to the manga, this year's entry is doing what the anime has done for years: jumping into side-stories. The story campaign will feature new animation and new chapters centering around Mecha-Naruto, The Two Uchiha, and the origins of the Akatsuki clan. The console and PC release should release simultaneously this September. Pre-ordering the game will secure the "day one" release, which includes an exclusive set of costumes: Sasuke's outfit for Naruto and Naruto's outfit for Sasuke.

These costumes are exclusive to the day one release
