Epic Quest isn't entirely new, however. Originally started as a web game on CartoonNetwork.com, it managed to get over 16 million plays since release. Of course, it needs something to warrant it's $10 price tag. The Steam version is a complete remake of the game, featuring new graphics, a new combat system, a new world to explore, and animated cutscenes.

The game is available now. Here's a trailer to give you an idea of what to expect:

I never got around to playing Because I Don't Know. What a terrible man I am.

No, it was a terrible piece of shit, like every other AT game made so far. This should be an easy property to make an awesome, if mindless game out of, and they've continually failed to do so.

This maybe true (have not played "Because I Don't Know" yet so I cannot speak for it) but the person you are replying to said that because the person he is replying to said "EVERY Adventure Time game is shit." Which is totally wrong.

I played Because I Don't Know at PAX several times, and it was enjoyable enough. An AT take on Gauntlet/etc., with more-or-less randomly generated floors and loot. If you like overhead hack-and-slash and Adventure Time, you should like Because I Don't Know.

Mind you, maybe there's something in the late game that turns it awful. I wouldn't know. What I played at least was enjoyable.

They could have made an awesome open world rpg.

It was a crappy Gauntlet clone that didn't really do anything well.

This one isn't half bad, especially for the price.
