Just a few short days after gauging interest from the PC community, Tecmo Koei have announced a PC version of Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends. The PC version will come with all the free DLC from the console originals and will come with additional graphics settings, like adjustable texture quality, dynamic shadows, shaders, and post effects. It’ll be available this May according to the company’s official Facebook. Siliconera also has screens of the PC version running in low and high settings, which we’ve compiled together here:

PC version on low and high settings

As you can see, the screen on the left has fewer enemies on screen, with less detail on each character. In addition, you’ll notice better shadows and more detailed textures in the screen on the right.

Yes it will be steam. No idea about the controls, but Koei thought the controls were fine for 6. I'm sure it will have better controller support though so shouldn't matter.
