AMD's 64bit CPU

The Hammer is AMD's first 64 bit processor, and will at first be used for servers. CPU Review has their own article, which has a better overview of AMD's plans based on a presentation. This is like owning the LATEST cpu - only the XEON model.
I must admit, I've never known anyone to have a machine last well over 2.5 years before needing an u/g
I don't think Doom3 will be limited by the current "4GB addressing limitation."
