Kingdom Under Fire 2 has 'better graphics' on PS4 than PC
The PS4 version of Kingdom Under Fire 2 looks significantly better on PS4 than PC, to the point that producer Sang-Yoon Lee is afraid it may upset PC players.
Even with the advent of new consoles, high-end PCs tend to surpass their hardware muscle. A properly optimized game will look better on PC, but that's not always the case. The long-delayed MMORPG Kingdom Under Fire 2 will look better on PlayStation 4 than PC, according to producer Sang-Yoon Lee, to the point that he believes the differences may upset PC players.
In an interview with 2P (via Videogamer), Lee was asked to discuss the differences between the PS4 and PC version.
"A little hard to tell you right now because if the PC users know, they will be very angry," he replied. "PS4 has much better graphics. PS4 graphics quality will be much better and higher than the PC version." This would seem to be a symptom of simply leading on PS4, as he also said that the user interface is "more focused" on the PS4 version.
The PC version is due sooner, though. It's coming later this month, while the PS4 version isn't coming until later this year. Developer Blueside is still in discussions with Microsoft about bringing it to Xbox One as well.

Since the PC Version is coming out before the PS4 Version, he probably wants players with both to wait for the PS4 Version first to come out. If the PS4 does bad because players bought the PC version, then they wouldn't get the funding for another Title. If they where smart they would wait till both are ready, and release them at the same time.
