Mark your calendars, because "The International," Valve's annual Dota 2 tournament, will run this year from July 18-21. Just as in previous years, the event will be held at the Key Arena in Seattle, WA, just ahead of PAX Prime.

According to Dota 2's official website, tickets will go on sale this Friday, April 4 at 3PM PDT. General admission will cost $99, while floor seats will run for $199 and a VIP package will cost $499 and include six days' worth of access (starting July 8), exclusive meet and greets, and an after party invitation.

Eleven teams will be invited to compete at this year's International tournament, with four other Regional Qualifier winners also earning invitations. The four runner-ups from each Qualifier will then compete for the final spot. These Qualifiers will run from May 12-25.

But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
