April Fools: World of Warplanes adding UFOs

World of Warplanes is adding UFOs today, in a totally legitimate update that we're sure has nothing to do with a certain April-based pranking occasion.

Starting with a new update today and not at all related to a certain April-based pranking occasion, World of Warplanes is getting a visit from UFOs. The free-to-play plane 'em up will get an update today that adds the Tier 5 German Kampfflugplatte Sleipnir I UFO, a strangely specific designation for an unidentified flying object. Pilots who participate in the test will be able to earn two special gubbins: Sleipnir Rider and Wrath of Odin. Wargaming states in the announcement that if the Sleipnir I receives enough positive feedback, each nation will get its own branded flying saucers. Historical accuracy is important after all. No word on whether World of Tanks will get its own set of UROs--Unidentified Rolling Objects.
