It's an early April Fools gag, as clever denizens of the internet have released new screenshots of Nester for the upcoming Super Smash Bros for Wii U & 3DS. We want to believe--but alas, it's fake. Nester, for the uninitiated, was an early mascot of Nintendo Power. Given his relatively obscurity in Nintendo history, he isn't a real addition to the roster. Then again, the franchise has previously featured the Ice Climbers, so it's not the most improbable gag.
