The Warhammer skirmish game Mordheim is being adapted to video game form, with Mordheim: City of the Damned. It's due out later this year.
Another Warhammer property from Games Workshop is getting its own video game adaptation. Focus Home Interactive and Rogue Factor have announced Mordheim: City of the Damned, a turn-based tactical game based on the classic Mordheim tabletop skirmishes. It's due in late 2014.
The announcement promises a variety of factions--Sisters of Sigmar, Possessed, Skaven, and the Imperial Mercenaries to name a few. It will let you recruit troops, customize their equipment and abilities, and loot from ruins or fallen opponents. Your units can die permanently, but even surviving ones might lose a limb. It will feature both a solo campaign and multiplayer modes.
