Peggle 2 adds multiplayer Duel Mode today

Peggle 2 has received its free Duel mode DLC, making it possible to, once again, stomp your friends into a fine, pink mushy unicorn paste.

Peggle is addictive enough on its own without adding the element of competition, but PopCap is now going to make it possible to, once again, stomp your friends into a fine, pink, mushy unicorn paste. Peggle 2 has received its promised Duel mode, making it possible to compete with friends both locally and online.

Duel mode pits two players head-to-head on the same Peggle board, with the highest score being declared the winner. This add-on is available now for the wonderful price of free, because you can't put a price on a contagious fever.

Peggle 2 is out now as an Xbox One exclusive for just a little while longer. The Xbox 360 version will start breaking pegs on May 7.
