Trials Fusion first gameplay trailer reveals tricks

Evidently RedLynx didn't think its Trials series was difficult enough, as the first gameplay trailer for Trials Fusion shows it's introducing tricks. Intentional tricks, that is--beyond losing control of your bike in an absurd and hilarious way. The trailer also confirms an April 16 launch for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox 360.

Fusion has the usual Trials fun of physics-based terrifying platforming, trying to complete unlikely obstacle courses as quickly as possible, but with stunts thrown in on top. Because if Trials needed one thing, it was the ability to fall off your bike in a more dramatic manner. Should you need to die an even more personal death, it has a track editor too.

As RedLynx is now part of Ubisoft, the publisher's Shanghai and Kiev studios chipped in too.

On GB, rudds was saying they were running the game at 1080 / 60fps on modest PCs when they were demoing it for him, seemed to indicate to him that the performance issues were sorted out with this one.

I really hope so, but even still you got uplay rather than steam friends and leaderboards :(

Both of the first two games were so amazingly fun to play. Addictive and brutal. I might have to pick this up.

It's in my top-five favorite series. I don't do the brutal souls game everybody does but I'll spend hours trying to complete courses on this game like an idiot.
