The 2D MOBA Awesomenauts is steeling itself for another console launch. Ronimo Games has announced that it will hit PlayStation 4 on March 4 in North America. The new version, ported by Abstraction Games, retains the 3v3 platforming battles while bringing the console version more in step with the PC release.

This iteration will include seven more characters, several new skins, another map, and control tweaks. Most of these changes are probably importing the DLC in the PC version. The developer also promises more upcoming content, similar to the regular stream that's been coming to PC. It will cost $9.99 on PS4. Awesomenauts on PC received generally positive reviews.
