Publisher Namco Bandai today announced it's bringing Gundamn Reborn over to North America for a downloadable PlayStation 3 release this summer. Gundam Reborn will see players stomping around and smashing hordes of hostile mecha, upgrading suits and their weapons along the way for extra smashiness. Missions will come from all across Gundam's three-decade history, as will pilots and mecha. It'll also introduce honking great Mobile Armor units to play as--a first for the series. It was released for PS3 and Vita in Japan in December, but it seems we'll only get it for PS3.

I am just gonna start importing the cool Gundam games. They haven't brought over any good ones since the PS2

It's kind of weird that Gundam hasn't taken off more in the US because there is so much good material there. So many amazing giant robot designs... so many TV shows and movies and games!

No offense, but maybe it's because the shows are all the same 2 stories, it's either all the UC timeline stuff, which is WW 2 in space or Gundam Wing all over again with a different cast. (With the notable exceptions being G Gundam and Turn-A Gundam)

Gundam Wing, G Gundam, and Gundam 00 definitely have different stories. And they are all good too. I mean in America we get Transformers, Power Rangers, and Pacific Rim...
Heck Titanfall is essentially the Gundam game for 360 that never made it to the U.S.
