Divinity: Original Sin delayed to Spring 2014

Divinity: Original Sin has been delayed, once again. The game was originally slated to arrive during a vague Fall 2013 window before getting a solid February 28 release date. Now the Larian Studios RPG has been pushed back to another vague window: Spring 2014.

Larian Studios states that this new delay will help the developer implement player feedback from Kickstarter backers and Steam Early Access adopters. The game will receive some additional polish, as well as frequent Early Access updates.

Divinity has been in development since May 2012. Larian Studios turned to Kickstarter in March to help raise additional funds for the game's development, having raised $944,282, well beyond its original $400,000 goal.
