Titanfall: Hardpoint Domination mode caught on video

The final Titanfall video we have from the upcoming beta showcases one more mode: Hardpoint Domination. Once again, this mode can be found in most modern shooters: you capture points and earn points while maintaining them. Of course, the big twist offered by Titanfall is that giant mechs can be thrown into battle--and while most points are in spaces that are too small for mechs to fit in, some can actually be defended quite effectively by a Titan.

One of the new gameplay features you may notice in this video is the introduction of "Burn Cards." Available after leveling up, you'll be able to earn disposable one-time-use bonuses. These temporary boosts only work for one life, meaning you'll have to make the most out of them. For example, one card lets you summon a new Titan faster than the usual two minute wait.

You'll also see snipers on the battlefield. That's a class that's only available after leveling up. Finally, you'll see what it's like to be on the losing side of a match. Like in Attrition, once a team has scored enough points, the Epilogue kicks in. Players of the losing team will be hunted down as they attempt to make their way to a dropship. Unfortunately, you'll see what I don't quite make it.

Titanfall will be available on Xbox One and PC on March 11th, while the Xbox One version will drop on March 25th.
