Vita is getting yet another PS3 port. Aksys Games has announced a Vita port of BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma. As is typical for new versions of fighting games, the Vita port will be enhanced with new features, including an extended story and an enhanced "Abyss Mode."

Five new characters have been added, including two DLC characters. By buying Kokonoe and Terumi, players will also be able to unlock Kagura Mutsuki.

Because Chrono Phantasm may be the first BlazBlue game for Vita players, there will be a new summary that covers the story of Calamity Trigger and Continuum Shift. In addition, new story content has been added, with Aksys highlighting "bathing suits" as some kind of marketing bullet point.

The PS3 version is due on March 25, while the Vita edition will follow this summer. Here, watch a PS3 trailer:

Wait... Kagura isn't a DLC character in the PS3 version!!

Anyway, I forgot that the North American release was coming up really soon, which means that the voice acting recording is most likely under way or almost done. Can't wait to hear some more lines from Patrick Seitz (Ragna The Bloodedge), Cristina Vee (Noel Vermillion), Cindy Robinson (Makoto Nanaya), Travis Willingham (Relius Clover), and so on.
