Over recent months, the Shacknews Chatty community has fully embraced the idea of broadcasting some of their favorite games on Twitch. So much so, in fact, that Shack user fuell has compiled a list of Shacknews Twitch channels to share with the community and the online gaming world.

Here's a compilation of some of the best Shacknews Twitch highlights for the week of January 18, 2014.

Rayman Legends

It's only right to kick off this feature with the man that compiled the Shacknews Twitch channels in the first place. fuell has been playing through Rayman Legends co-op and shows off one of the game's more rhythmic stages. You've never heard Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger" quite like this, as this stage blends together Rayman's penchant for platforming with joyous rhythm-based autorunning. It's this kind of unique flavor that helped push Rayman Legends to #9 on Shacknews' Best of 2013 list.

Battlefield 4

As Battlefield 4 continues its long road towards stability, many Shackers are enjoying their experiences with DICE's latest military shooter. User jeffmoeller is one of them and he can be seen here playing through Conquest mode on the Siege of Shanghai map.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is seeing its player base grow after the recent free weekend, but pixelat3d (one of Chatty's most avid MMO players) has been on board for quite a while now. You can watch him run through one of the game's most brutal challenges, the Binding Coil of Bahamut - Turn 5, where his party goes head to head with the fearsome dragon, Twintania.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
