Klei Entertainment's upcoming turn-based espionage game is going further incognito with a fresh change in identity. After listening to feedback, the studio behind Mark of the Ninja and Don't Starve has changed the game's title from Incognita to the far pun-nier Invisible, Inc.

"After some focus testing, Invisible, Inc. was better received than the old 'Incognita,'" wrote Klei's Jason Dreger on the Klei forums (via Game Informer). "Our focus of the design does not change in that it will still be a game of turn based tactical espionage. So please enjoy your future infiltrating as an elite member of the super spy agency: Invisible, Inc."

You can watch the new trailer below, which shows off the new name change and features action from the game's alpha. Incognita Invisible, Inc. is coming to PC later this year.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

Did anyone play Shadow Watch? , by red storm, reminds me more of that game now.
It looks like Klei have good progress. The UX, user experience, was kinda rough before with unintuitive flow and too many small icons / buttons, but it seems maybe better, time to give it another go. The art style looks great.

Aww, I really liked the old name. At least I have it on the code card and robot assassin shirt.

It focuses far more on awareness and control of the level than on positioning and individual encounter control (at least when comparing to the recent XCOM).

Still, if you're looking for solid turn based tactical, then yeah, this will probably do well to scratch an itch while providing a nice variation.

Need to give it a spin though, been a while since I've checked the changes.
