Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare needs just a little longer to blossom. PopCap announced today that the PvZ shooter spin-off will be coming to Xbox One and Xbox 360 on February 25, not February 18 as previously announced.

PopCap didn't give a reason for the change, but it's apparently manageable enough that it can be done in a week. Garden Warfare is a third-person shooter that pits vegetables against the undead in 12v12 and four-player co-op modes. PopCap released a developer diary today to to accompany the news, detailing the four-player co-op 'Garden Ops' mode and showing a few specialized plants taking on the Giga-Gargantuar boss.

Considering how long its taking to get PvZ2 to the pc, I doubt we will see this game before the end of the year.

Unless PvZ2 gets rid of the freemium crap, I'm not biting. Still on the fence on Garden Warfare.

They already patched out the stars grinding system and streamlined main game.

I wish they would at least put PvZ2 on the Amazon Marketplace so I can play it on the one Android device I own, the Kindle Fire HD. Would make my wait for the PC version easier.
