The minimalist puzzle-strategy game Rymdkapsel is coming to PC, Mac, and Linux in January. Developer Grapefukt Games announced the plans, along with word that it had already sold 200,000 copies across PlayStation Mobile, Vita, iOS, and Android platforms.

The official site notes that the PC version will be on Steam, and a DRM-free version will be available from another store. The PC release will feature two more game modes, plus some new monoliths and missions.

Rymdkapsel has you build a base to fend off waves of attackers, while also seeing to your own provisions and research. The base-building is represented by tetromino-like shapes that interlock to maximize your space. The original game only included a handful of objectives, so more game modes and missions should extend its life a bit.
