Are you ready to play through Caspian Border, Operation Metro, Gulf of Oman, and Operation Firestorm all over again? "Second Assault" revives classic Battlefield maps and updates them with "Levolution" for Battlefield 4. As part of an exclusivity deal with Microsoft, it will be available first on Xbox One, with other platforms to follow later. If you have Battlefield 4 Premium and Xbox One, you'll be able to play it on November 22nd. Without Premium, it will be available two weeks later. And then Premium members on other platforms will be able to play some time in December.

I'm not ready because the game is still crashing a bit too often for me. :(

Anybody else having dreams where you're suddenly fighting in a war in your hometown? Maybe I need to back off a little...

Homefront was a great game let down by the campaign the devs never wanted.
I felt that they would have had a better chance at good reviews on Homefront if people were used to buying a multiplayer only FPS rather than people expecting a single player campaign to go with it.

Okay so this deal is "part of an exclusivity deal with Microsoft". I have the PC version, which is fun and I do enjoy it. However is there a Linux\Unix\Mac version? Why wouldn't this extend to the PC version if its Microsoft exclusive? I can understand shutting out PS3\4 and Wii (rofl).

Where have you been the last decade? Microsoft has long since stopped caring about PC gaming, their time and money is wrapped up in making Xbox successful.

Judging by your enthusiasm, you must be referring to a patch, rather than this DLC.

Why is this getting more attention than China Rising? I thought that was first? Is that already out? How did I miss it?

This DLC might be the reason for me buying BF4 as I only seem to ever be playing Metro which has stopped me from buying it so far.
