Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

I really hope Destiny's fun. It certainly has the potential to be. :)

Yea. A lot worse oddly. The earlier videos made me excited. Also, is it me or does it just seem like Bungie wants to repeatedly give the middle finger to MS?

Which video ... the one in this article? If not, can you link the specific video you are referencing?

Is it possible to play this offline or is it online only? Also, why no PC? :(

the way the bodies instantly vaporize is kind of lame. As if they consoles are lacking in ram or something.

This whole thing fell apart at the 17 second mark of the video for me.

I was extremely interested in this game, but this new footage really isn't doing it any favors. The totally choppy look isn't helping build any interest, and I would say is a genuine cause for concern.

Bungie had better tighten this shitup.

Hard to get excited for this considering that I found Halo vastly over-rated. Still, I know a lot of folk were hoping it would be amazing. I think they got totally scooped by Titanfall and rightfully so, it would appear.

I dunno, I don't think Destiny and Titanfall are really competing with each other, especially since Destiny is multi platform and likely coming way later in the year.

Fair point but don't the occupy the same shooty-space, game-wise? That's where I think the problems will start for Destiny. Just my own opinion of course...
