PopCap's ping 'em up Peggle 2 was supposed to debut on Xbox One at the new console's November 22 launch, which really was the main reason to look forward to the next generation. But oh no, disaster! It's now due in December, PopCap has said.

"Peggle 2 is a 'launch timeframe' title," PopCap PR senior director Garth Chouteau told VentureBeat."But [it] will not launch day-and-date with the Xbox One - instead, it will become available a few weeks later in December."

As Peggle 2 is a timed exclusive for Xbox One, we can only hope that other platforms aren't also pushed back by this delay. On the bright side, if you're planning to buy an Xbox One you have a few extra weeks to save up, as what's even the point without Peggle? Of anything. Everything.
