Killzone: Shadow Fall video shows combat flexibility

A video of Killzone: Shadow Fall in action shows off different combat styles by running through the same encounter four times, with variations on the level of aggression versus stealth.

The Killzone series tends to emphasize bombastic setpiece moments--it is called "Killzone" after all. But Guerrilla wants to give you a little more flexibility in Shadow Fall, and a mission showcase details some of your options heading into a typical encounter.

The video put together by Official PlayStation Magazine UK (via CVG) runs through the same scenario four times. The paths aren't each distinct, instead showing degrees of difference between running in head-first or sneaking around quietly.

Very cool! Looks like it might have decent replayability.

Even though the campaign isn't running at 60 fps, this game still looks amazing.

I'm waiting until at least February to get a PS4,but this will probably be one of the first games that I pick up for it.

I was feeling burned out on Killzone until I tried Mercenary on the Vita - they removed the whole feeling of playing a 400lb guy and it makes the gameplay way much improved compared to the PS3 games. I have a lot of hope for this one, although I feel the Helgast is still a pretty lame enemy personality wise.
