Drakengard 3 flying to PS3 in 2014

Square Enix announced Drakengard 3 a while back, but only for Japan. Today it confirmed that the dragon-tastic action-RPG prequel will also fly to North America and Europe, landing with a mighty roar in 2014. Continuing the series' Sony exclusivity, it's only for PlayStation 3.

Drakengard 3 tells the tale of magical sisters who keep world peace through singing until one--that's you--rocks up with a dragon to start murdering th- ah, I'll let the official website explain the nonsense. In short: you get to run around in a pretty dress, hack-and-slashing men, then take to the skies in dragon-riding combat sections.

      Let's hope that this game aims to be more than the Dynasty Warriors RPG clone that the other two games were...Drakengard 1 and 2 have not aged well.
