We weren't particularly fond of Beyond: Two Souls. And it appears many critics are torn on Quantic Dream's anticipated follow-up to Heavy Rain. In spite of tepid critical reaction, Sony is still excited for the team's next game set for PS4.

"I visited David [Cage] at QD's office in Paris, shared my honest feedback with Beyond," Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida said on Twitter this morning, addressing Beyond's mixed reviews. He then followed up that he "reassured how much I'm excited with his next project."

Quantic Dream's next appears to be called Singularity. The company recently released The Dark Sorcerer tech demo to showcase their tech running on Sony's next-gen hardware:

      Dont spin this Sony. Beyond just came out. Give it time to breath. Besides everyone is getting their gansta on with GTA so they wont even have time to notice this games mixed reviews. The fans already bought it. Give it time to sip in.

        Its an exclusive, its normal that its scrutinize and bash way more than a multiplat.
