Weekend PC download deals: Bundles, XCOM, and more

The theme of the weekend seems to be XCOM, as many online retailers are putting Firaxis' classic on sale, the best deal of which might be from Amazon, who wants to give it all to you cheap. GameFly Digital bucks the trend with some amazing bundles, like Telltale and Tomb Raider packs. And Green Man Gaming loses their minds with a ginormous "Buy 2 for $15" and "Buy 3 for $8" sale.

Are you still waiting to get into Grand Theft Auto Online? Or have you had enough of "Waiting for players" and decided to kill some time by hitting your faithful PC? Lucky for you, there are some great deals to be had this weekend. GameFly Digital is offering up bundles by the handful, including an awesome Telltale bundle and a Tomb Raider collection that includes this year's hit. Amazon has a great bundle of their own that gives you the XCOM collection that includes the old-school XCOM games (or a bundle that has Enemy Unknown and The Bureau, if you'd prefer), while Green Man Gaming has just gone nuts with "Buy 3 for $8" and "Buy 2 for $15" deals! And for you old school gamers, Steam has Final Fantasy VII at half price. Check the list of sale prices after the break. Here's our selection of this weekend's PC deals:

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

Interesting addition for Twitch users. Twitch just sent out an email offering 24% off of Shadow Warrior, which sounds pretty sweet.

PSA: Final Fantasy 7 on steam now includes the original soundtrack from the PSX release, not the godawful midi soundtrack from the 90's windows version.

Make that $9! Choose the Season Pass instead of the individual games, and you get everything
