Warner Bros didn't explain why the Wii U version is being discounted, but Kotaku postulates that it's due to the omission of multiplayer from that version. "The team is focusing development efforts on platforms with the largest MP audience," the publisher said when the news originally broke.

Given the franchise's focus on single-player, and our lackluster reception to the online offering, it might behoove Wii U owners to save $10. Of course, the PC version is the best option. Not only does it include the online mode, but it also comes in at a discounted price as well.

ive always wondered if the liscensing fee is the same between the consoles. i imagine it has to be sort of an unspoken agreement with cost, but with Nintendo they really dgiaf, maybe they are actually undercutting on this title?

Happy to see such a move by Warner Bros.

Of course we can't expect such common sence from EA...

Well considering they've stopped publishing games on the WiiU, I'm not sure what point you're trying to make.

Good. I hate MP anyways. Glad I'll be getting this for WiiU.
