Where is my Heart was a fascinating indie game from 2011--but it never really caught the attention of the PlayStation crowd. Two years later, the former PS-exclusive is finally finding release on other platforms.

The game is inspired by a trip to the woods, where game designer Bernie Schulenburg and his parents got lost in the woods. "Here were three hurt children-at-heart, unable to understand each other and unable to break out of their predicament," he described. "This game is basically a clumsy attempt to come to an understanding of myself and my family."

A PC and Mac version will be available this September, with new levels and remastered audio. A Linux version will be available "soon after." Here's what it looks like:
