When I last saw Watch Dogs, I called it "Ubisoft's take on Grand Theft Auto, with a magical hacking twist." A new gameplay video from Ubisoft does a good job showing why I thought that.

You'll see that a lot of time is spent running away from the police, as your vigilante ways make The Man rather uncomfortable. You'll be able to "hack" the city, which results in rather conveniently-placed power surges and water main breaks--making it really seem like magic at the end of the day.
