Final Fantasy X HD extended ending previewed

Square Enix has released a short English-language snippet of the audio drama ending being added to the Final Fantasy X and X-2 HD Remaster.

The HD Remaster of Final Fantasy X and X-2 will feature an extended ending, in the form of a 30 minute audio drama penned by original scenario writer Kazushige Nojima. Square Enix has now teased a small snippet of that drama, complete with the English voices.

A video posted on the Square Enix blog showed off several new screenshots and topped it all off with the audio teaser. It's only about two minutes out of the 30 minute episode, and quite a bit of it is just familiar musical compositions, but it gives a good idea of what to expect.

Of course, this being an audio drama, you'll have to use your imagination a bit, perhaps by gathering around your computer like an old-timey radio after playing some stickball in the park.

Can this please just happen already. I think the only game I was more excited for this year was TLOU.

FFX and X-2 go down as a couple of my favorite games of all time.
