Microsoft has laid out its policies for digital game sharing on Xbox One. And, it isn't too different from what's available now on Xbox 360--and what's available on PS4.
Like Sony's next-gen console, you'll nominate one console to be your "Home" system. Anyone can login with their Gamertag and play digital games downloaded onto your Home system--even if you're not logged in. And like on PS4, you'll be able to start playing games before the entire game downloads.
If you're on the go, you'll be able to access your digital library, but that content will only be accessible if you're signed in, a post by Marc Whitten explains.
And as mentioned during E3, Xbox Live Gold benefits can be shared as well. Like digital games, your "Home" system will grant Gold benefits to anyone that logs onto that system, even if you're not logged in. However, if you log onto another system, you'll be able to grant Gold status to everyone on that system--so long as you stay logged in, of course.
So while certain features of Xbox One may be locked behind the Gold pay wall, it'll be easy to circumvent. Just ask your friend to swing on by and watch Netflix together.

You sure about this ? For me it sounds just like it is now, if you have one gold membership on a particular console, this person downloading a game will make that accessible for everyone playing on that console, regardless of the others gold status or not. However that is quite different from actually letting everyone having gold status (online multiplayer etc) which is not possible today unless you each have separate gold accounts.

On the go. You can log in at a friend’s house and everyone there can enjoy multiplayer gaming and access to entertainment apps while you are logged in.
At Home with Xbox One
If you’re an Xbox Live Gold member, an unlimited number of people can enjoy many benefits of Xbox Live Gold while they are using your Home Xbox One console. Friends and family will simply create their own account and gamertag and be able to enjoy Xbox Live online multiplayer gaming and access to entertainment apps.
Friends coming over to play? No problem. They can log in with their own gamertag and play online multiplayer. Even if you sign off, your friends and family can enjoy multiplayer gaming while they are playing on your Home Xbox One console.-
I'll be damned, I wonder how two consoles in one household will work, probably will require at least one gold/console. Anyway that would save me one of the three fucking full memberships I have now, if and this is a big if, I change my mind and choose XBONE-tvstation over PS4.
Still I must commend them to make some things better than before.
