Pokemon promo offers shiny Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina at GameStop

Legendary Pokemon may not be such a rarity anymore, but shiny ones certainly are. GameStop is offering shiny legendaries over the course of the next two months to help build anticipation for Pokemon X/Y.

Pokemon X and Y are set to arrive on October 12. But, don't throw away your old copies of Pokemon Black and White! Nintendo has partnered up with GameStop to give away some shiny Legendaries.

The retailer is offering free distribution of the three legendary dragons from the Diamond/Pearl/Platinum generation: Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina. Best of all, they're all shiny.

Dialga will be the first Pokemon offered on August 19, with Palkia coming September 9 and Giratina coming September 30. Trainers will only have three weeks to grab their rare Pokemon at any participating GameStop. Players must have the Pokedex and no more than 11 Wonder Cards in their possession.
