Indie Game: The Movie is getting an expanded "Special Edition," with extra footage, bells, and whistles for fans.

The redux version of the gaming documentary promises 100 minutes of new footage, including epilogues and a "What Happened After?" feature. Team Meat and the directors James Swirsky and Lisanne Pajot will also lend commentary tracks.

It's due out digitally on July 24, and will be offered at a lower price if you already own the first version. Upgrading to the special edition will be $5. If you wait until July 24 and buy it fresh, it will be $15.

A DVD and Blu-ray boxed set is coming in August. Those physical editions include special artwork from Team Meat's Edmund McMillen, a dual-sided poster, a notebook, laptop sticker. There are only 3,000 of each format, so they're hand-signed by the directors. That will cost you $69 for the DVD, or $89 for the Blu-ray, but you can cut that down to $59 and $69, respectively, by pre-ordering.

You can do so on the movie's official site (via Joystiq).
