Mad Max 'gameplay' trailer shows a little gameplay

The "gameplay reveal trailer" for Avalanche Studios' Mad Max game and, well, it's a gameplay trailer very much in the modern sense--mostly clips from cinematics, with teensy snippets of actual man-killing. But hey, it's our best look so far at the latest from the folks behind Just Cause 2, so it's still jolly exciting.

Today's media blast included three new screenshots too.

Mad Max is scheduled for release on PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PS4, and Xbox One in 2014.

Looks like a more cinematic Just Cause. A little peeved this is a multi generational title. Also interesting to see the model isn't designed to Tom Hardy's likeness.

I was excited about a Mad Max game coming but this trailer undid it.

I'm excited. Love Mad Max, hopefully they do it right. Seems to have a bit of a Rage vibe, which personally I loved.
