You may have seen this coming if you saw the end of the Scorpion debut trailer. Ed Boon took the stage at EVO 2013 before the start of the Injustice: Gods Among Us grand finals to announce the game's fifth DLC character. It's the Martian Manhunter, a.k.a. J'onn J'onzz, the last survivor of Mars.

A quick gameplay trailer demonstrated some of J'onn's abilities, including stretchy limbs, shape-shifting, and a super move that took his opponent straight to the depths of Mars. Interestingly, his opponent was a John Stewart-skinned Green Lantern. Both Martian Manhunter and the John Stewart Green Lantern were voiced by Justice League Unlimited alums, Carl Lumbry and Phil LaMarr.

Pricing for the Martian Manhunter was not revealed.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

speaking of which the komplete edition on PC is pretty good - nice little story mode im getting through on beginner, the alternating real time/prerendered cutscenes are annoying though
