Nintendo has announced a pretty sharp deal for RPG-loving bargain hunters. If you purchase both Fire Emblem: Awakening and Shin Megami Tensei 4, and register them both with Club Nintendo, you'll get a healthy $30 in eShop credit on your account.

The Club Nintendo page has the details. You'll need to register both games sometime before August 31, through the included code in physical copies, or by linking your eShop and Club Nintendo accounts if you buy them digitally. Then you can redeem your $30 code from Club Nintendo, which has to be retrieved by September 30. The code can be redeemed for 3DS or Wii U credit.

Fire Emblem has been out for a few months. Shin Megami Tensei is due out next week, on July 16. The games themselves retail for $40-50.

I have a question. How the hell do you register digital download games. I've been buying my 3DS games all digital and I don't get squat for them. No Nintendo coins, nothing!
      Thanks in advance.

you have to tie your eShop and Club Nintendo accounts together or something like this. and I don't think it will retroactively register games you've downloaded. :<

I did all that. I kind knew that they would accredit my previous downloads, but I get nothing and I download like a mad man. I have 2, 32gig SD cards full and now I'm on my third. So Is that linking thing bogus or what?
          Thanks for answering.

I don't see my downloaded copy of Fire Emblem in my transactions on Club Nintendo. I must have bought it before tying the accounts together. >:(
