Razer is a company that makes gaming peripherals, such as mice and keyboards, headphones and controllers. However, fans have noticed a lack of PlayStation 3 accessories from the company. CEO Min-Liang Tan has a logical explanation.
"One of the big reasons why we don't make Playstation accessories is because I don't really spend time with mine," he tweeted (via The Escapist). The comment came after he said he was "dusting off" his PS3 to play The Last of Us.
Tan responded to the ensuing backlash by saying that Razer could develop controllers for the PS4 because he was encouraged by what he saw at E3, but there have to be games that interest him on a console for him to play it. In response to a comment that as a business, Razer should develop for all customers, he responded: "You're assuming it's just a business for us :) If it were, we'd be a much larger company than who we are today."
Overall, though, Tan said he was still a PC gamer at heart.
