Bungie gave the first long look at Destiny during Sony's E3 press conference. In case you missed it, or want to watch it again with a nice HD sheen, the studio has recreated their E3 walkthrough and put it up online in all its shooty splendor.

The video covers landing and exploring in a remote area of Russia, before getting assaulted by enemies. That leads to a closer look at some loot, and then, a raid boss. It caps off with pieces of in-game cutscenes that are probably all important to the plot, but out of context sound like sci-fi gibberish. Check it out below.
