Toki Tori 2+ delayed to July 11

Toki Tori 2+ will be launching on July 11, rather than July 2 as originally planned.

Toki Tori 2+, originally planned for right around the corner on July 2, has been rescheduled to another, slightly further, corner. Two Tribes announced the game will instead release on PC via Steam on July 11.

"Scheduling-wise it made more sense to go for the 11th, and we're going to use the extra week to do some more play testing and bug fixing," the team wrote on its blog (via VG247). The blog padded the bad news with a price ($14.99), an unspecified first-day launch discount, loyalty coupons for further discounts if you own other Two Tribes games on Steam, and Trading Card and Big Picture Mode support. So all in all, waiting another nine days doesn't seem so bad.

This version of the game is similar to the one released on Wii U in April, but has been dubbed Toki Tori 2+ for its extra content like a level editor and bonus puzzles.

So the question is, will the WiiU get those updates as well? And furthermore, what is up with WiiU's downloadable content? When will they update Injustice, Most Wanted and so on with extra content? Why do dome games get content and other do not?
