Borderlands 2 Tiny Tina DLC trailer shows first 5 minutes

Gearbox certainly has a jolly fun idea for Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep, the last of Borderlands 2's planned DLC packs, putting players in a D&D-y tabletop RPG game. How does it pan out in reality? See for yourself in a new trailer, showing five minutes of skeleton-smashing with the world changing as the little tyke makes the campaign up as she goes.

"The main reason we went with the D&D idea, initially, was that we liked the idea of having a character who was in complete omnipotent control of a location," creative designer Paul Hellquist told us. "So if they wanted to, they could switch around levels randomly, or they could change a boss fight on a whim, or change day to night in front of you ... It's basically an opportunity to break the fourth wall as much as we want to without actually breaking it."

Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep hits PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 next Tuesday, June 25. It's included with the DLC season pass or costs $9.99 on its lonesome.
