The fine folks at Aksys Games are continuing to feed us fine games from Japan, announcing today that BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma will arrive on North American PS3s in 2014. It's the fifth in the BlazBlue fighting series from Arc System Works, the famed fightfans also responsible for the many Guilty Gear games and Persona 4 Arena.
Chrono Phantasma adds five new fighters and another two as DLC, while BlazBlue's old characters have been "redesigned" with new moves. As you'd expect from the latest iteration of a punch 'em up, it also tweaks systems and balance and all that.
The game's out now in Japanese arcades and hits PS3 there later this year, so we're not as far behind as we can be with these things. Unfortunately, there's no mention of an Xbox 360 edition for either here or there. Anyway, have a gander at Chrono Phantasms in this Japanese trailer:
