Twisted Pixel has announced that its next game, LocoCycle, will be an Xbox One launch title. The motorcycle-combat game will also release on Xbox Live Arcade for Xbox 360 as previously announced, but that will follow at an as-yet-undetermined future date.

The developer says it will use the increased horsepower of the new console for 1080p output at a smooth 60 FPS. It will be a digital exclusive on the Xbox One, naturally enough. Twisted Pixel has been fairly tight-lipped about LocoCycle so far, but the game will finally be playable at E3 next week, so we should have more information then.

This game might end up being great, but every time I see it I can only think that it's a game which should have been axed after the initial pitch. The dude being dragged beside the bike is just weird, and not good weird, just WTF stupid weird.
