Payday 2 is getting a retail release, and you know what that means: pre-order bonuses. Today 505 Games announced the extra goodies you can pick up by stating your intention to buy both digitally and in retail stores, and released a new trailer to coax you into doing just that.

At brick-and-mortar stores, the game will cost $39.99 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Pre-ordering gets you the "Lootbag DLC," which includes a red dot sight for rifles and shotguns, skull mask, black and red mask, "I Love OVERKILL!" mask, and some in-game cash.

On Steam, you have two pre-order options. The "Lootbag" option listed above costs $29.99. You could also go for the "Career Criminal Edition" for $49.99, which comes with the Lootbag, original soundtrack, two beta keys, in-game discounts, a heisting guide, and blueprints.

I bought payday the other day, it's like a mix of left 4 dead + Monaco kinda.

Issues I don't like is constant spawning of enemies and there not being enough ammo :(
I wish you were able to do stealth mission where you don't have to use guns at all.

You don't have to use weapons if you don't like according to a Developer diary I watched about a month ago. However, it seems very difficult to pull that off.

Yeah, Payday 1 is kind of flawed. Felt really janky.

The team has picked up the BF3 lead designer, though. Hopefully he gets them to improve the feel of the engine.
