Publisher Square Enix has also announced a special Collector's Edition for the game.
"It has been a long road from the game’s inception to the beta, but thanks to your fervent support and invaluable feedback, the world of Eorzea will soon complete its journey of rebirth," Naoki Yoshida, producer and director of A Realm Reborn, said in a release. "We have endeavored to make the game affordable so that adventurers will be able to experience the vibrant world of Eorzea."
The CE, which will retail for $79.99, includes an art book and soundtrack, a video detailing the event leading up to the "rebirth," a security token for game accounts, collectible cards and four in-game items: Helm of Light, Baby Behemoth Minion, Coeurl Mount and Behemoth Barding. Of course, if none of that appeals to you, you can grab the new game for $29.99 on PC, $39.99 on PS3.
