The Blood Dragon add-on pack is a free download from the Xbox Live Marketplace or PlayStation Network (via Joystiq). We contacted Ubisoft about a PC version, but right now, well, wait and see?
It adds sci-fi building segments, walls, barrels, containers, barriers, ramps, and whatnot from the expandalone but sadly, no you can't use Blood Dragon's wildlife or titular cyberreptiles.
