Batman actor adds confusion to Arkham Origins announcement
by Steve Watts, May 21, 2013 8:15am PDTYesterday, veteran Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy said he would be playing a role in the next Arkham game. Since we already knew that Roger Craig Smith would be voicing the Dark Knight in Arkham Origins, we naturally figured that Conroy would be playing another character, or perhaps an older version of Batman. As it turns out, the situation is a bit more complex.
Following the reports, Conroy tweeted, "Confusion in Dallas. I am in new Arkham game coming soon, not Arkham Origins coming this fall." The tweet was later deleted, but Batman News (via Eurogamer) saved it for posterity.
This confirms Conroy isn't in Arkham Origins after all, but it also implies that another Arkham game is in the works. It could be Conroy was referring to the next project for Rocksteady Studios, as WB Montreal is taking the helm for this prequel.

Kevin Conroy briefly issued a tweet to clarify yesterday's report that he would be playing a voice in the next Arkham, but quickly deleted it. It seems to imply another Arkham game in the works besides Origins.
